Calvin Sebastian, 52, of 642 Gold Star Highway was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Amador Ormazabal Maldonado, 43, of 50 Lorraine Road, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Scott M. Martin, 52, of 18 Monroe Lane was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and driving while using a handheld telephone/electronic device/texting.

Vicki S. Devoe, 60, of 23A Pond St., Westerly, R.I., was charged Sunday with driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility, following too closely, and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Nelson Pabon, 52, of 92 Washington St., Apt. 2E, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and interfering with an officer.

Trina Powell, 44, of 27 Masonic St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Jan. 24 with being a negligent pedestrian, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, assault on a public safety official and second-degree breach of peace.
