Jovaun Scully, of 39H Flintlock Road, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sean Rolfe, 36, of 322 Boston Post Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday in Montville with use of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer.
