Michael L. Walden, 43, of 8 Chidley Way, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain the proper lane, failure to comply with State Traffic Commission markings, failure to display plates and making an improper turn signal.

Courtney M. Perkins, 27, of 14 S. Beechwood Road, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Edgardo L. Trinidad, 53, of 67 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to display plates, speeding, failure to have tail lamps, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep narcotics in the original container, and possession of a controlled substance.

Shawn M. Gracia, 32, of 116 N. Burnham Highway, Lisbon, was charged Feb. 3 in Lisbon with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
