Ebonie Smart, 38, of 104 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and risk of injury to a minor.

Amon E. Holley, 21, of 202 Shaw St., New London, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, reckless driving, disorderly conduct, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Kyle Mohney, 28, of 218 Brickyard Road, Preston, was charged Tuesday in Preston with interfering with an officer and simple trespass.

Heidi Dickey, 43, of 12 Millers Pond Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.
