Chelsea Gray, 34, of 27 White Birch Circle, Niantic, was charged Thursday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a firearm or ammunition.

Heidi Dickey, 43, of 12 Millers Pond Road, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.

Scott MacGregor, 50, of 1588 Old Colchester Road, Oakdale, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Jose Figueroa, 26, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Silva, 48, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count each of sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, failure to maintain minimum insurance, misuse of plates and driving with a suspended license.

Crystal King, 35, of 35 Union St., New London, was charged Wednesday with two counts of violation of probation.
