    Ledyard

    Iesha Jones, 44, of 77 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.

    Dylan Vanderheuvel, 23, no address provided, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Chiara Azza, 38, of 29 Podurgiel Lane, Montville, was charged Saturday with driving while under suspension, failure to drive right and following too close.

    Mack Ruggs, 54, of 237 Summit St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Roosevelt McGill, 44, of Altoona, Pa., was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

    Norwich

    Tyonni Hearnandez, 25, of 12 McCay St., Baltic, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.

    Natasha Oates, 19, of 59 Saint Regis Ave., Norwich, was charged on Feb. 22 in Preston with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

    Katelin Walsh, 29, of 59 Main St., Apt. B, Sterling, was charged on Feb. 22 in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain proper lane.

    Michael Hogarty, 39, of 40 Playground Road, Woodstock, was charged on Feb. 22 in Preston with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of a license plate and driving without minimum insurance.

    Christine Sinclair, 26, of Cleveland, Ohio, was charged on Feb. 23 in Griswold with first-degree larceny of a motor vehicle, risk of injury, disobeying the signal of an officer and interfering with an officer.

    Lori Werkheiser, 48, of 9 Annadell Road, Norwich, was charged on Feb. 26 with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain proper lane.

    Terrance Brookins, 37, of 8 Great Plain Road, Norwich, was charged on Wednesday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear.

    Waterford

    Max Urso, 29, of 88 Stillman Road, North Stonington, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.

    Sean Niddrie, 30, of 150 Norwood Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving without a license, failure to maintain minimum insurance and failure to drive in proper lane.
