Joseph Inga, 35, of 120 Norwood Ave., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

Edwin Desormeau, 54, of 32 Prospect St. 2, was charged Feb. 26 with driving with a suspended license, improper registration of a motor vehicle, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and failure to grant right-of-way.

David Young, 30, of 16 Franklin St., was charged Feb. 27 with possession of narcotics.

Benjamin Gregor, 38, of 25 Brewer St. 3, New London, was charged Friday with making an improper turn, driving with a suspended license, possession of narcotics, possession of heroin or cocaine and sixth-degree larceny.

Iray Ballard, 59, of 282 Central Ave., was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

Rafael Gonzalez, 36, of 27 McKinley Ave. 3, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
