James L. Wright, 29, of 116 Viets St., Apt. L10, New London, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Matthew L. Meaike, 49, of 11 Fieldside Drive, Apt. A, was charged Sunday with threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
