    Ivan Villanueva, 24, of 16 Cottonwood Road, Norwich, was charged March 10 with larceny of a motor vehicle, third-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree breach of peace.

    Antonio Mctaggart, 28, of 11 Avon Place, Mystic, was charged March 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to maintain the proper lane.

    Lavayah Blackmon, 19, of 86 Litton Ave. was charged March 9 with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Brittny A. Griswold, 38, of 86 Litton Ave. was charged March 9 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Joseph A. Velez, 53, of 220 Meridian St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and two counts of risk of injury to a child.

    Dard McCoy, 65, of East Hartford, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree larceny.

    William L. Collelo, 40, of 423 E. Main St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with electronic stalking.

    Christopher Smith, 34, of 175 Broadway, No. 9, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Cevon T. Riley, 25, of 119 Georgia, St. was charged Tuesday with sale of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

    Paul A. Zujus, 59, of 134 Kitemaug Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with making an improper turn, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.

    Melissa A. Marcure, 44, of 7 Old Fort Lane, Ledyard, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Peter A. Perez-Rey, 25, of 55 Nob Hill Road, New London, was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Kalyn Bomster, 24, of Friendsville, Tenn. was charged Sunday with operation of drug factory, three counts of possession with intent to sell narcotics, and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

    Yakov Yonaev, 35, of Middletown, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Victor G. Hilario, 37, of 49 Valley Road, was charged March 9 with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and two counts of risk of injury to child.

    Nayrobi Gomez-Nunez, 28, of 138 Branford Ave. was charged March 8 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Thomas J. Gunning, 24, of Sprague, was charged March 7 with violation of probation.

    Harry K. Botseas, 52, of 18 Rose Lane was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

    Geoffrey B. Nichols, 45, of 55 River Crest Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Brian Kelly, 44, of 143 Oswegatchie Road was charged Thursday with first-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
