Taylor M. Boozer, 28, of 540 Norwich Ave., Colchester, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Willie J. Grant-Hall, 41, of no certain address, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Wilneris Mendez-Garcia, 19, of Meriden, was charged Sunday with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Stephanie Ruiz, 26, of 72 N. Main St., No. 1, Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Susan Crowe, 74, of 142 Washington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, failure to drive at a reasonable distance and driving without a license.
