Oswaldo Cruz, 28, of 26 Sherman St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with public indecency and breach of peace.

Joshua Constant, 37, of 71 Division St., Apt. A, Norwich, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Larry Manning, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Javon Hutley, 31, of Hartford, was charged Friday with larceny of a motor vehicle.

Angel Robles, 19, of 371 Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

Edward Davis, 58, of Griswold, was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Erin Burley, 44, of Fall River, Mass., was charged Saturday with driving at a slow speed, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Kayla Sage, 30, of 1 Pratte Ave., Taftville, was charged Sunday with criminal attempt at third-degree, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
