Ryan D. Ziolkowski, 50, of 33 Arbor Crossing was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.

Charles S. Boyd, 63, of 18 Waco Court was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault of an elderly victim.

Lucio V. Ramirez, 49, of San Antonio, Texas, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and making an improper turn or stop.

Carolynn F. Wright, 30, of 360 Route 12 was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Joel Flores-Fernandez, 35, of 173 Route 12 was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Sharon D. Fort, 48, of 19 Bristol St., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Alicia M. Gentile, 43, of 95 Hillcrest Road, East Lyme, was charged May 11 with larceny of a motor vehicle.

Keenan Bailey, 30, of 116 Ring Drive was charged May 11 with first-degree criminal trespass.

Scott R. Vyr, 43, of 105 Butternut Road was charged May 10 with carrying a dangerous weapon, first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening, second-degree reckless endangerment, three counts of risk of injury to a child, and four counts of criminal violation of a restraining order.

James M. Fridge, 27, of 621 Vauxhall Extension, Apt. 1A, Waterford, was charged May 10 with reckless driving and four counts of second-degree reckless endangerment.

Canonchet M. Stocking, 29, of 96 River Ave., Norwich, was charged May 10 with driving without minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to display lights.

Joshua L. Colon, 32, of 50 Mohegan Park Road was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
