David Bush, 24, of 10 Fieldside Drive, Apt. C, Groton, was charged March 13 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance and interfering with an officer.

Timothy Divita, 36, of 152 Woodland Drive, Apt. A, was charged Friday with traveling unreasonably fast, disobeying the signal of an officer and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Frank Panek, 58, of 192 Maple Ave. was charged Thursday with illegal alteration of a firearm identification mark, illegal possession of an assault weapon, illegal sale or purchase of a large-capacity magazine and two counts of criminal possession of a firearm.

Robert F. Fox, 55, of 20 Robinson St., Pawcatuck, was charged May 15 with violation of a protective order.

Florelyn Delacruz Rogers, 24, of 1118 Voluntown Road, Griswold, was charged May 16 with second-degree breach of peace.

John Sherman, 55, of 46 Liberty St., Apt. 1A, Pawcatuck, was charged May 16 with first-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

John Walton, 82, of 45 Sisk Drive, Apt. 12-4, Pawcatuck, was charged May 17 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Casey M. Blanchard, 38, homeless, was charged May 14 with use of drug paraphernalia, being a negligent pedestrian, carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
