Zachary D. Gilbert, 32, of 35 Union St., Apt. 421, New London, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and two counts of assault on a public safety/EMT/transit/healthcare worker.

David M. Velez, 41, of West Hartford, was charged Monday with operation of a drug factory and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Edward J. Paradis, 64, of 128 B St., was charged Monday with illegal display of a firearm and second-degree breach of peace.

Frankie X Ramirez, 32, of 39 Baltic St., #1, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, attempted third-degree larceny and third-degree larceny.

Jonathan J. Figueroa, 23, of 603 Boswell Ave., #6, was charged Tuesday with disobeying an officer’s signal, traveling unreasonably fast, driving without a license and interfering with police.
