    Anthony B. Dodd, 43, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jose A. Torres, 69, of 133 S. Broad St., Apt 2H, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle.

    Zachary D. Gilbert, 32, of 35 Union St., Apt. 421, New London, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and two counts of assault on a public safety/EMT/transit/healthcare worker.

    Shane P. Dowdell, 31, of 1533 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday with use of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

    Rhaea E. Jones, 28, of 20 Wild Rose Ave., Waterford, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Annalise G. Rolon, 23, of 41 Rogers St., New London, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance.

    David M. Velez, 41, of West Hartford, was charged Monday with operation of a drug factory and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

    Scott R. Vyr, 43, of 105 Butternut Road was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

    Edward J. Paradis, 64, of 128 B St., was charged Monday with illegal display of a firearm and second-degree breach of peace.

    Robert Crooker, 48, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Monday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

    Jonathan Houck, 21, of 1 Crystal Lake Road was charged Monday with disobeying the signal of an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Stefan Miller, 29, of Hollywood, Florida, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

    Juan C. Molina, 37, of Deep River, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Amy Clements, 41, of Cranston, R.I., was charged Sunday with use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Zachary J. Waryck, 34, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Ross A. Lorenzo, 30, of 72 Ohio Ave., was charged May 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Nicole L. Walenczyk, 33, of 55G Laurel Point Drive, Montville, was charged May 17 with evading responsibility.

    Walter L. Cook, 57, of 0 12th St., Norwich, was charged May 17 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Oakley D. Therrien, 28, of 3 Sparrow Drive, Westerly, R.I., was charged May 16 with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Yana K. Deroux-Ramirez, 29, of Willimantic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Malik J. Waters, 29, of 74B Merchants Ave. was charged Tuesday with failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

    Frankie X Ramirez, 32, of 39 Baltic St., #1, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, attempted third-degree larceny and third-degree larceny.

    Jonathan J. Figueroa, 23, of 603 Boswell Ave., #6, was charged Tuesday with disobeying an officer’s signal, traveling unreasonably fast, driving without a license and interfering with police.

    Stephen J. Voronuk, 65, of 9 Evans St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Alexis B. Crosswell, 28, of Bloomfield, was charged Tuesday in Montville with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
