    Norwich

    Olga Xuya Cotzo Jay, 28, of 101 Cliff St., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to drive in the right hand lane.

    Cristian Morales-Ajpop, 19, of 624 W. Main St. 2, was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor.

    Lyndsay Wasilus, 37, of Woodbury, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Aaron Caswell, 40, of 172 Broadway 2, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Donta Rykard, 49, of 12 Platoz Drive G, Montville, was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Shakeila Jones, 18, of Heminway, S.C., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Zeniyah Britt, 20, of 46 Church St., was charged June 14 with driving with a suspended license or registration.

    Matthew Gendron, 64, of 62 Fort Hill Road, Groton, was charged June 18 with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Kiara Gonzalez, 27, of Plainfield, was charged June 18 with second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

    Kenneth Leclaire, 27, of Clinton, was charged June 18 with use of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

    Brian Orlando, 48, of 7 N. Jodry St., Waterford, was charged June 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Tamarah Malcein, 27, of 21 Flintlock Road, Apt. H, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Angel Brainard, 39, of 55 Denison Ave., was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Andrew Fitch, 57, of Griswold, was charged in Griswold Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper storage of a pistol.

    David Beaulieu, 59, of Voluntown, was charged in Voluntown Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
