    Groton City

    Carmen A. Andrews, 34, of Providence, R.I., was charged Friday with first-degree promoting prostitution and conspiracy to promote prostitution.

    Groton Town

    Penny Lee Maine, 55, of no known address, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of conditions of release.

    Zoe E. Genova, 50, of 199 Spicer Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with two counts of third-degree forgery and three counts of sixth-degree larceny.

    Anthony W. Allen, 46, of 2 Midway Oval was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Redman Ruiz, 23, of 43 Crabapple Lane was charged Friday with unlawful restraint.

    Kenneth Bangert, 27, of 42 Church St., Noank, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a stop sign and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    New London

    Brett Tanner, 53, of 33 Warren St. was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

    Brian Cassia, 38, of 101 Hynes Ave., Groton, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and criminal mischief.

    Karina Muradyan, 33, of no known address, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia and destroying evidence.

    Stonington

    John C. Banks, 27, of 15 Spring St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of failure to submit to fingerprinting.

    Michael A. Phelps, 25, of 61 Renee Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Joseph M. Bailey, 44, of 100 S. Broad St., Apt. 201, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Jon M. Lotring, 29, of 6 Thompson St., Groton, was charged Thursday with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.

    Tiffany L. Buck, 33, of 1 Vose St., Apt.1, Westerly, was charged Thursday with first degree larceny (theft of a motor vehicle), driving with a suspended license and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Robert Santiago, 29, of 40 Oak St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, disobeying an officer’s signal, refusal to show license or registration and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Jaclyn Rodrigues, 22, of 106 McKinley Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.
