Exit 93 off-ramp closed due to fluid spill

North Stonington — A fluid spill at the Connecticut-Rhode Island border has closed the Exit 93 off-ramp on I-95.

Police said the incident occurred on the southbound side in Rhode Island and trickled over the border. Currently there is no estimated time of reopening.
