Michael Hamelin, 40, of 44 Wildflower Dr., Westerly, was charged Sunday withdriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
Devon Ward, 18, of 17 East Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive on the right.
Timothy Cooper, 51, of 378 Norman Road Apt. 15, Griswold, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Gillian Gardner, 44, of 16 First St., Plainfield, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.
