Roger Delvecchio-Furtak, 34, of 26 Carriage Hill Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

Raymond Elton,  34, of 97 W. Main St., Apt. 1, Niantic, was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
