Wesley W. Flanders, 24, of 86 Oakridge St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Eric S. Tubbs, 31, of Torrington was charged April 5 with second-degree breach of peace.

Frank R. Harvey, 53, of New Britain was charged March 31 with fifth-degree larceny.

Christy Manzinaves, 37, of 49 Fourteenth St., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Matthew Spruill, 48, of 20 Oak St. was charged Monday with two counts of third-degree assault and one count of disorderly conduct.

Nicole Watts, 31, of 95 Merchants Ave., No. 1, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Roland Euell, 25, of 33 Providence St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and second-degree assault.
