Jacqueline Miller, 27, of 70 Mountain Ave. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, assault on an officer and third-degree assault.

Kervince Duperval, 24, of 76 Colman St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree criminal mischief.

Tricia Sizer, 23, of Waterbury was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

Devyne White, 19, whose last known address was 33 Tilley St., Apt. 7, was charged Monday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

Jeffrey Easterling, 38, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

Frugen Bridgewater, 30, of 205 Elm St. was charged Monday with patronizing a prostitute.

Alana Thompson, 33, of 204 Connecticut Ave., second floor, was charged Monday with prostitution.

Paul Bernier, 59, of 114 Yantic Court, Yantic, was charged Monday with possession of cocaine.


Francisco Romero-Hernandez, 23, of Willimantic was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Laura Schick, 60, of 61 Lantern Hill Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with reckless driving.
