New London — Police said they seized a gun, drugs, cash and a ballistic vest and arrested three people Tuesday in a raid at a Nautilus Drive apartment.
Narcotics and patrol officers served a search and seizure warrant at 239 Nautilus Drive, Apt. B313. They seized 6.2 grams of heroin, 25.9 grams of Tramadol, digital scales, a loaded Hi-Point .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol, drug paraphernalia, .22 caliber rounds, a ballistic vest and $3,000, police said in a statement.
Christopher Garcia, 25, of West Haven was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and tampering with evidence.
Lamar Fluker, 39, of 7 Griswold Court, New London, was charged with possession of narcotics and tampering with evidence.
The resident of the apartment, 48-year-old Michele Tillman, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.
Tillman has several pending criminal charges from previous arrests, including a felony drug-related charge from April. A re-arrest was ordered for her failure to appear on a scheduled court date, judicial records show.
