Scott Butler, 27, of Waterbury, was charged Friday in Sprague with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Bryan Lynch, 27, of North Windham, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and improper use of a marker.

Thomas W.V. Metcalf, 58, of 35 Wintechog Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with reckless driving.

Jonathan F. Palaczynski, 21, of Hopkinton, R.I., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment.

William R. Hannaford Jr., 47, of 318 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
