    Police logs - June 13, 2018

    East Lyme

    Jacob J. Swensson, 29, of 17 West Lane, Niantic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Hallie G. Bidwell, 26, of 17 Sea Breeze Ave., Niantic, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Groton City

    Elise Frechette, 21, of 28 Morgan Court was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Jake Nuckols, 21, of 28 Morgan Court was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    David Dixon, 28, of 3 Birch Circle, Colchester, was charged Monday with interfering with a police officer, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized manufacture or sale of marijuana, sale or possession of fireworks, and carrying and sale of dangerous weapons.

    Kevin McPhaul, 28, of 130 Mather Avenue was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey stop sign.

    Groton Town

    Christopher Robertson, 42, of 204 Gallup Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday with first-degree violation of conditions of release.

    Stonington

    Douglas Lawson, 46, of 98 West Broad St., Apt. 15, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.

    State police - Westbrook

    Amanda R. Ducheneau, 32, of 22 Mercer St., New London, was charged Monday in East Lyme with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    James J. Moser, 51, of 173 Mile Creek Road, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday in Old Lyme with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Erica A. Foster, 28, of 21 Russell Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged June 6 in Chester with driving with a suspended license and speeding. 

    Kelsey L. Satkunas, 20, of Prospect, was charged June 2 in Old Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to have lit tail lights.

    Waterford

    Leonidas Dousis, 61, of 26 Kingfisher Way was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Sean Rolfe, 29, of 322 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.
