Multivehicle crash closes lane of I-395 north in Norwich

Norwich — A multivehicle crash closed a lane of Interstate 395 north Wednesday morning, temporarily causing a two-mile traffic delay, the state Department of Transportation said.

The crash happened about 10:45 a.m. between exits 14 and 18. By noon it had cleared and traffic was moving smoothly.
