Otoniel Figueroa-Torres, 32, of 43 Merchants Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Christopher G. Carnaroli, 30, of 31 Woodrow Ave., Norwich, was charged Dec. 10 in Westbrook with driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.

Jaidyn A. Monteiro, 18, of Providence, R.I., was charged Dec. 8 in Old Lyme with first-degree larceny of a vehicle.

Cameron Nelson, 18, of Providence, R.I., was charged Dec. 8 in Old Lyme with first-degree larceny of a vehicle.

Morgan Latimore, 22, of 2 Pond St., Westerly, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Jean P. Oliva, 35, of 23 Dart St., New London, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Pauline Brown, 75, of 7 Sunrise Trail, East Lyme, was charged Monday with breach of peace.
