Jesus Velez, 45, of 51 Belden St. was charged Saturday with second-degree threatening, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and reckless driving.

Kayln Bomster, 19, of 1892 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with speeding, interfering with a police officer and driving without a headlight.

Earvin R. Jarmon, 38, of 63 Sunrise St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with the intent to sell.

Stonington

Kara J. Strout, 49, of 25 Westminster St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Michael T. Christie, 43, of 411 Lantern Hill Road, Old Mystic, was charged Dec. 18 with evading responsibility and using a cell phone while driving.

Matthew J. Delbarone, 27, of 1 Maple Ave., Westerly, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment.

Leighann M. Warick, 29, of 20 Providence-New London Turnpike, unit 3, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, improper use of markers, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insurance.

Girard Antonino, 45, of 57 Westridge Road, New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
