Shauna Clemons, 23, of 51 Forest View Drive, Norwich, was charged Sunday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert Pate, 42, of 229 Boswell Ave., Apt. U8, Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane.

Richard Miner, 49, of 10 Krodel Road, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with violating a criminal protective order.
