Michael A. Vanderford, 42, of 42 Jay St., New London, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics, possess of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, tampering with evidence and misuse of plates.

David Vanloan, 26, of 229 Prospect St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor.
