Jenna Rosario, 25, of 13 Oakland Court was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.
Chaz C. Doyle, 26, of 83 Mansfield Road, No. 322, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.
Mark S. Holeman Jr., 33, of 170 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Sept. 13 with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
James E. Miller, 50, of 228 Washington St. was charged Thursday with failure to use signal, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.
Michael A. Vanderford, 42, of 42 Jay St., New London, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics, possess of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, tampering with evidence and misuse of plates.
David Vanloan, 26, of 229 Prospect St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor.
