    Rafael Rodriguez, 37, of 264 Hempstead St., was charged Friday with breach of peace and interfering with police.

    Javier Rosario, 22, of 83 Oneco St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, act concerning the storage of a pistol in a motor vehicle and failure to notify of a change of an address for a pistol permit.

    David Lyons, 53, of 201 Montauk Ave. was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to drive right.

    Alison Melbourne, 49, of 9 Pearl St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree trespassing and violation of a protective order.

    Darryl Henry, 34, of 57 Michael Road was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Desmond Robinson, 29, of 158 Hawthorne Drive was charged Wednesday with possession of a hallucinogenic substance.

    Hassan Ibrahim, 28, of 369 Long Hill Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Denetria Griffin, 37, of 1 Farnsworth St. was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Desire Esquilin, 34, of 93 State Pier Road was charged Tuesday with possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell.
