Samuel D. Largent, 54, of Westerly was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to use turn signal.

Patricia A. Todd, 66, of 14 Forest Lane, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with speeding in a school zone, driving while license is suspended, and avoiding/tampering with an ignition interlock device.

Brian P. Sholly, 39, of Wantagh, N.Y., was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Margaritalee S. Lebron, 20, of 9 Colman St., New London, was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle by a minor having elevated blood alcohol content/impairment, failure to have minimum insurance, failure to have stop lamps/turn signals and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Glenn Anthony Gulino, 56, of 67 Steamboat Wharf, Mystic, was charged Oct. 9 with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

George H. Demontigny, 30, of 268 Flanders Road, No. 9, was charged Oct. 9 with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, failure to have minimum insurance and improper use of license/markers.

Brian S. Lowe, 64, of 28 Quincy Court was charged Oct. 9 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
