New London police issued bulletin for 15-year-old runaway

New London police have issued a silver alert for a 15-year-old boy classifed as an endangered runaway.

Emmanual Thomas-Brown, is described as black, 5-feet, 4 inches tall, 110 pounds with black hair and eyes. He was last seen Saturday wearing a red Tommy Hilfiger zip up, hooded sweatshirt, jeans and red sneakers. Anyone with information about his location is asked to call police at 860-447-5269.
