Norwich police investigating Central Avenue shooting
Norwich — City police said they are investigating after bullets struck a multi-family apartment building in the area of Central Avenue and Third Street Saturday night.
No residents were harmed in the incident.
According to a press release, officers were dispatched at 8:13 p.m. As they arrived, they found spent shell casings on the street and learned that the perpetrators had fled.
