Susan M. Hauser, 55, of 20 Totoket Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Groton City

Samantha A. Arder, 24, of 89 Baker Ave., was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, three counts of assault of public safety/emergency medical personnel and third-degree criminal mischief.

Norwich

David G. Voebel, 37, of 46 Boswell Ave., No. 1, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Adrian C. Davy, 36, of 42 Shawondassee Drive, Stonington, was charged Saturday with five counts of failure to register as a sex offender.

Anthony Lugo, 25, of 13 Sandy Lane, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Alexander A. DeLeon, 27, of Willimantic, was charged Monday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

DeJohn K. Fernandes, 26, of 253 Yantic St., was charged Saturday with two counts of interfering with police and one count each of third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree strangulation.

Benjamin J. Rosado, 22, of 36 Three Acres Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree threatening and one count each of third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Cassandra Blackwell, 24, of 707 Colman St., #2, New London, was charged Thursday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and making an improper turn.

Alexis Flore, 20, of 13 Larry St., was charged Sept. 14 with driving with a suspended license and failure to have lights lit.

Timothy Settles, 32, of 36 McKinley Ave., #2, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and interfering with police.

Jason Oviatt, 36, of 118 Hillcrest Road, Niantic, was charged Sept. 13 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nikemia Baumgart, 42, of 22 Terrace Ave., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Angela M. Franceschi, 42, of 62 West St., New London, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Vincencio L. Amaya, 29, of 153 Hickory St., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

David A. Borras, 34, of 6 Beech St., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Ashley M. Cruz, 31, of 6 Beech St., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Manuel Torres-Pacheco, 28, of 240 Franklin St., was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Darren Hazzard, 47, of 12 Town St., was charged Monday with second-degee threatening and breach of peace.

Chelsea Linsenbigler, 29, of 607 Route 163, Montville, was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Brian P. Upright, 35, of 79 Arrowhead Drive, Griswold, was charged Friday in Griswold with possession of a controlled substance.
