David G. Voebel, 37, of 46 Boswell Ave., No. 1, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.
Adrian C. Davy, 36, of 42 Shawondassee Drive, Stonington, was charged Saturday with five counts of failure to register as a sex offender.
Anthony Lugo, 25, of 13 Sandy Lane, was charged Friday with breach of peace.
Alexander A. DeLeon, 27, of Willimantic, was charged Monday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
DeJohn K. Fernandes, 26, of 253 Yantic St., was charged Saturday with two counts of interfering with police and one count each of third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree strangulation.
Benjamin J. Rosado, 22, of 36 Three Acres Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree threatening and one count each of third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.
Cassandra Blackwell, 24, of 707 Colman St., #2, New London, was charged Thursday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and making an improper turn.
