    New London

    Trisha L. Stokes-Owen, 28, of 16 Starr St. was charged Saturday with failure to obey stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

    Gabriel Maya, 21, of 116 Connecticut Ave. was charged Friday with violation of condition of release, second-degree threatening and refusal to be fingerprinted.

    Dehanna Nobleza, 34, of 280 Gardner Ave., A3, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Karlatta Jefferson, 37, of Columbus, Ohio, was charged Thursday with interfering with police.

    Jonah C. Robbins, 41, of 239 Nautilus Drive, No. 202, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, assault of elderly and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Brett Tanner, 56, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Richard H. Savage, 34, of 17 Boswell Ave., No. 17, was charged Friday on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court and on a warrant for two counts of criminal possession of a firearm or electronic defense weapon.

    Aaron Wood, 37, of 382 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Thursday with failure to register as a nonviolent sex offender.

    Jason Larocque, 42, of Plainfield was charged Tuesday on a warrant for assault of a public safety/emergency medical personnel.

    Jaylen G. Melendez, 18, of 59 Merchants Ave., No. 4, Taftville, was charged Tuesday with two counts of assault of a public safety/emergency medical personnel and interfering with an officer.

    Melissa L. Course, 28, of 27 Lee Ave., New London, was charged Monday on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court and a warrant for first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tiffany Cruz, 31, of 92 Washington St., 3C, was charged Sept. 25 with driving when registration or license is refused/suspended, improper registration/license, operating or towing unregistered motor vehicle and failure to obey control signal.

    Sarah E. Dechamplain, 35, of Jewett City was charged Thursday in Griswold with third-degree burglary and interfering with an officer.

    Anthony J. Spinnato, 49, of 128 Route 163, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with fifth-degree larceny.

    Aaryn J. Ocelik, 22, of 34 Mathewson St., Jewett City, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
