Cory Fitzgerald, 28, of 18 N. Hawthorn Drive, Apt. 6, was charged Saturday with breach of peace, interfering with a 911 call and third-degree assault.

State Police — Montville

Erik Gonzalez, 26, of Providence, R.I., was charged in Griswold Saturday for violation of a protective order.

Stonington

Henry H. Chimielinski V, 28, of 208 S. Anguilla Road, #38, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

William Frick, 28, of 24 Elaine St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
