Rohan Ruddock, 41, of 47 North St. was charged Friday with attempt to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Felicia Bruning, 34, of 30 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics not in their original container, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without a license, misue of plates, driving without minimum insurance and improer use of plates.
