Ryan J. Crowe, 36, of Dayville was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Randy A. Judd, 43, of 274 Oxoboxo Dam Road, Oakdale, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening.

Jamie L. Piper, 41, of 3 Benjamin Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
