William M. Macer, 21, of 707 Colman St. was charged May 29 with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a 911 call and three counts of third-degree assault.
Jayvon R. Patillo, 22, of 43 Merchants Ave., Taftville, was charged May 29 with risk of injury and interfering with a 911 call.
Norwich
Emily Aponte, 22, of 59 Coit St., New London, was charged May 27 with first-degree failure to appear in court.
