Ysaura Lopez, 25, of 17 Grand St. was charged Thursday with violation of protective order, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call and second-degree strangulation.

Pedro Ico, 33, of 470 Bank St. was charged Thursday with interfering with a police officer.

Samuel Medina, 39, of 12 Lower Blvd, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

Nicholas C. Anderson, 30, of Jewett City, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jason R. Crosthwaite, 39, of 8 Cherry St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged July 30 with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Joseph H. Barnaby, 43, of 360 Thames St., Apt. 18, Groton, was charged Aug. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without minimum insurance and failure to drive right.

Christopher J. Casadei, 44, of Pomfret, was charged Aug. 4 with criminal violation of a protective order and Aug. 5 with second-degree violation of conditions of release.

Matthew G. Sprague, 32, homeless, was charged Aug. 5 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jose C. Marques, 63, of 125 Old Everts Lane, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of narcotics.
