Joseph Dinero, 31, of 283 Broad St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and operating without a license.

Joseph Diaz, 24, of 239 Benham Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.
