    Keysean L. Holland, 27, of 119 Litton Ave., Groton, was charged Saturday with reckless driving, interfering with an officer, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance and misuse of marker plates.

    Melissa Bollenbach, 130 Cristy Hill Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree forgery.

    Josephine G. Cahill, 60, of Hamden was charged Friday with evading responsibility and breach of peace.

    John Hamilton, 56, of 50 Center St., first floor, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

    Robin Brown, no age listed, of 9 Wall St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Keyla Badillo, no age listed, of 72 Connecticut Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    April Knowles, 50, of 32 Willetts Ave. was charged Sept. 22 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jeffrey Hart, 43, of 260 Pequot Ave. was charged Sept. 22 with two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

    Keith Palmer, 57, of 309 Crystal Ave., Apt. 16B, was charged Sept. 21 with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

    Paul Young, 56, of 51 Blackhall St. was charged Sept. 21 with first-degree trespassing and possession of narcotics.

    Jean Merilo, 58, of 45 Cutter St., Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Sept. 20 with violation of probation and disorderly conduct.

    Elizabeth Upsher-Parsons, 45, of Ridgefield was charged Sept. 20 with three counts second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to respond to infraction, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Michael R. Austin, 39, of 38 Yantic Flats was charged Friday with first-degree larceny of a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Brandon C. Kennedy, 37, of 72 Hunters Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
