Police issue bulletin for missing East Lyme woman

East Lyme _ Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing local woman.

Emily Tolmie, 20, is described as white with brown hair and blue eyes, five feet, six inches tall and 240 pounds. Anyone with information about her location is asked to call East Lyme Police at 860-739-5900.
