    Groton Town

    James R. Soctomah, 47, of 21C Prospect St., Deep River, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Joseph T. Proctor, 37, of 127 Hempstead St., No. 510, New London, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Juan Carlos, 42, of 721 Poquonnock Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and failure to display lights.

    Madison S. Young, 25, of 192 Shetucket Turnpike, Jewett City, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Justin Taylor, 21, of 25 Hillside Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

    Max Hoge, 29, of 49 Buckeye Road, was charged Friday with risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault of an elderly, blind, disabled, or pregnant person, or person with an intellectual disability.

    Morgan R. Sanborn, 20, of 1981 Route 12, B1, Ledyard, was charged Oct. 13 with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, tampering/altering/bypassing ignition interlock device, failure to drive in proper lane, and third-degree criminal mischief.

    David A. Dumoulin, 32, of 73 Hempstead St., New London, was charged Oct. 13 with fifth-degree larceny.

    Clifford D. Caitlin, 52, of 700 Coleman St., New London, was charged Oct. 12 with failure to renew registration, operating motor vehicle under suspension, and violation of a protective order.

    Helga D. Williams, 49, of 1 Raleigh Court, was charged Oct. 12 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Nicholas A. Daddario, 32, of 135 Blydenburg Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

    John C. Payne, 43, of 6C Gorman St., Moosup, was charged Monday with reckless driving, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

    Robert Brown, 59, of 70 Mountain Ave., was charged Monday with first-degree trespassing and five counts of second-degree failure to appear.

    Antwan Ashford, 39, of 3 Norwood Ave., was charged Monday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Mynor Munoz-Nejera, 33, of 10 Blackhall St., was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor.

    Riley Mann, 27, of 13 Belden St., was charged Sunday with violation of probation and interfering with an officer.

    Milenid Montalvo, 34, of 72 Connecticut Ave., was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

    Glenn Cook, 42, of 21 Amity St., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
