Nathaniel Carlson, 35, of Hanover was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Bryan C. Luurtsema, 40, of 335 Hamilton Ave., Apt. 80, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree criminal mischief.

State police - Montville

Kaseen Colebut, 59, of 17 Watson Road, Preston, was charged Tuesday in Montville with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree failure to appear in court and second degree failure to appear in court.
