Robert F. Salatto Jr., 49, of 72 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation and interfering with an officer.

Franchaesca Morales, 21, of 47 Federal St. was charged Monday with evading responsibility, operating without a license and obstruction of rights to emergency vehicles.

Michael F. Drayton, 32, of 40 Fowler Court was charged on Dec. 10 with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license and unsafe backing up.

Stonington

Roberto L. Toledo, 31, of Winslow, Maine, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.
