Waterford

Leanna White, 24, of 202 Broadway Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with speeding, driving without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norman Gillette, 54, of 3 Spithead Road was charged Friday with failure to drive in the proper lane, improper turn - no signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Derek Linzy, 34, of Plainfield was charged Friday with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.
