Kaitlin Wagner, 33, of 85 Hornbeam Road was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Zachary B. Wagner, 34, of 85 Hornbeam Road was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and two counts of risk of injury to child.

Alexis Y. Lopez, 22, of Hamden was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Leo Hood, 40, of 21 Edison St., New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to grant right of way at an intersection.

Benjamin Greiner, 48, of 2264 Gold Star Highway, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Timothy J. Whitfield, 50, of 115 Colman St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegal possession of exploding fireworks and two counts of possession of a controlled substance (first offense).

Dishon L. Morgan, 41, of 51 Maple Drive was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree strangulation/suffocation.

Emanuel Velez-Millan, 29, of 242 Nautilus Drive, Unit 110, New London, was charged Dec. 30 with operating/parking unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a marker plate, operating motor vehicle without minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, operating motor vehicle without license and drinking while driving.
