Groton City

George E. Lopez, 20, of 1051 Poquonnock Road, No. 6, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey stop sign and driving without a license.

New London

Clarissa Bonilla, 28, of 137 Niles Hill Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with failure to obey stop sign and driving with a suspended license.

Richard Kaczmarczyk, 56, of 33 Ann St., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Thomas Dunn, 53, of 140 State St. was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

Anne Sinegra, 21, of 75 Mountain Ave. was charged Tuesday with five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Elliot K. Eleazer, 30, of 5 Wicklow Turn, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended licenses and failure to have tail lamps.

Dynasia G. Rivera, 23, of 469C N. Main St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

State police - Montville

Jayde Mitchell, 20, of Plainfield was charged Friday in Griswold with second-degree breach of peace on a warrant.
