Clarissa Bonilla, 28, of 137 Niles Hill Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with failure to obey stop sign and driving with a suspended license.
Richard Kaczmarczyk, 56, of 33 Ann St., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.
Thomas Dunn, 53, of 140 State St. was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.
Anne Sinegra, 21, of 75 Mountain Ave. was charged Tuesday with five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Elliot K. Eleazer, 30, of 5 Wicklow Turn, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended licenses and failure to have tail lamps.
