    New London

    Carlos Olmo-Maldonado, 49, of 27 Tilley St., Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny and criminal mischief.

    Deborah Rivera, 26, of 47 Prest St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and no insurance.

    Norwich

    Miguel Cruz-Sosa, 24, of 40 E Baltic St., Apt. A, was charged Thursday with interfering with an emergency call, risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    Tania Thomas, 46, of 77 Fourth St. was charged Thursday with criminal attempt to commit insurance fraud.

    State police - Montville

    Alexandra Lee Stewart, 28, of Colchester was charged Friday in Griswold with third-degree larceny.

    Jesse Moye, 19, of Hartford was charged Friday in East Lyme with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jordan Ritrovato, 28, of 125 Massapeag Side Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with fourth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

    Dennis Nolan, 54, of 22 Colver St., New London, was charged Friday with traveling unreasonably fast for conditions, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway, criminal violation of a protective order (threatening or trespassing) and driving while license is refused, suspended or revoked.

    Kyle Aguiar, 35, of 44 Kenyon Road was charged Friday with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny and two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime.

    Neftaly Ocasio, 41, of Hartford was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
